Municipal Housing

The objective of municipal housing is to promote better living and social welfare for economically underprivileged residents by providing housing. A tenant should meet the qualifications (e.g. the income restriction etc.).

Subsidized high-grade rental apartments

They are private rental apartments for middle-income families (the income should remain within the range). Tenants can receive housing aid for a certain period from the Kyoto Prefecture according to their income.

Subsidized high-grade rental apartments for elders

They are the private rental apartments planned and built for elders over 60 years of age. As long as their income remains within the range, tenants can receive housing aid according to their income.
